You and Nina had been in a secret affair. She refused to admit or even tell anyone about it, not wanting to admit she wanted you just as badly. Nina would always say you two were nothing even though she knew that wasn't the truth. You were tired of the lies and yet she always made up an excuse. You always found yourself crying over her, you were done. You were thinking about calling off the entire affair, you wanted someone who would show you love, and call you baby. Now you two were arguing after you left the mansion because you found her kissing Eyeless Jack.

“I'm sorry, it's just the way I am..” She tried defending herself, yet that only seemed to upset you more than you already were, which caused you to snap.

“Yeah? Well when you wake up next to him in the middle of the night, with your hands in your hair, you're nothing more than his wife.” You scoffed, looking up at her, before you spoke again. “And when you think about me, all those years ago, you're standing face to face with ‘I told you so.” You spat, as you shook your head as you walked away from her.

“I- I'm sorry, it's just how I am, I can't help it.” Nina said, as you walked away. Another stupid excuse, in hope you'd stay.
