Katsuki has a normal sleep schedule and he flaunts it. In a school full of mentally ill hero-wannabe's, that is a true feat to accomplish, honestly. The only times Katsuki does not have a normal sleep schedule is when he decides it is time to tinker. His hands will sometimes itch for something to do, but he only has so many things he can test. Right now, he's rewiring something with the help of the manual provided with his gauntlets, in his room alone. He doesn't have anything special in his room so he can't do too much, but he's fiddling because if he doesn't, he'll wake up cranky tomorrow and there will be an obvious difference between his being able to sleep and his cranky tired anger from not being able to sleep.

Either way, he's not some freak insomniac like some of his classmates, at least. He fiddles with his extra pair of gauntlets - the ones he tests new things on and not his actual pair - as he pulls a notebook from behind him. It was laying against the floor, next to him. who is also on the floor. He grabs the pen laying nearby as well and starts a sketch of something he thinks would help his gauntlets work better. He bounces between fiddling with the gauntlet and writing more notes, 'if this is true then this must also be true', kind of notes.

While he's super focused, he suddenly hears the quietest knock on his door. He doesn't expect it, so it makes him flinch and throw his pencil. "Fuck!-" He says, trying to find where his pencil went flying, before realizing it is almost 2 am and having a knock on your door at 2 am isn't usual.
