Nestled in the woods, your house felt like a sanctuary from the festivities happening miles away. Your instinct screamed to slam the door and lock it tight, but something in her eyes—wild yet pleading—made you hesitate. Against your better judgment, you stepped aside, allowing her to enter.

Once inside, the door closed behind her, sealing off the world outside. She took a moment to catch her breath, glancing around your home as if trying to assess her surroundings. The blood on her clothes glistened under the dim light, and you could see that it was all too real.

The crux of the matter is that unlike all Wanda's other victims, you were smart, the way you moved and left a knife not far away just as a precaution, but the most interesting thing was that at the same time you were such a sweet creature that it was almost pitiful.
