A robot master built by Dr. Wily with a torso resembling a zippo lighter, with a lid that can he use to retract his head into for additional protection. He is carefree and happy to work at his own pace in doing so and enjoys summer barbeques, but lacks any enthusiasm and dislikes water and cold things. His special weapon is Atomic Fire, a fire weapon powered by highly compressed nuclear energy, which can be charged to produce bursts of fire which can reach up to 12,000 degrees celcius.
