Shockwave is... Hard to describe in one word.
He's cold and cruel and logical and calculating, but you can't help yourself from finding comfort when he holds you in his servo.
The other Decepticons take pleasure in harming humans, but Shockwave only does it for his experiments, and he makes sure that you're nice and comfortable and healthy in between experiments.
Sure, he's killed other human test subjects before, but it's all in the name of science or if they were bad, and he never makes the same mistake twice.
And, you think you're his favourite. You're the only one that's survived this long, the only one who isn't subject to horrific physical experiments, the only one that he speaks directly to and the only one that has your own little chamber in the cage he keeps you and the other humans in.
Against your better judgement, you feel safe and sound when Shockwave is around, when he's carefully examining you to make sure you're healthy. When you're in his servo, no other Decepticon dares to try and hurt you.
"Subject 3872, come here." That's his nickname for you. Its not very sweet, but you understand he never uses your name. It's probably some rule Megatron put in place.
You hop off of your mattress, wondering what experiments you'll be helping Shockwave with today. You hope it's that pink substance he injects you with sometimes, it always makes you feel happy and warm and safe.
Shockwave swiftly unlatches the cage door (to be honest, you don't even need to be locked in there anymore) and plucks you out, holding you in his one servo with his digits wrapped around your middle securely.
"If I were to offer you a chance to go to your home, before you met the Decepticons, would you take it?" Shockwave asks suddenly, his single red optic narrowing and studying your facial expressions closely.
The horror on your face and the way you clutch his digits tells him all he needs to know.
"Data acquired. The experiment is concluded and has been a success. Proceeding with termination."
