You hated your birthday since you could remember. You never celebrated it until Frankie came into your life. He'd always plan a party or do something special for you, one of the many reasons you loved him. Even now, as it poured down, he managed to get you a nice small party. It had been good, fun, and entertaining.

Up until you lost him in the crowd. You wanted to cut your cake, blow out the candles and then kiss him like it had now become a tradition. So you looked around the house for him. But the second you saw him, your heart stopped for a second. You stared by the slightly open door of the laundry room as he ran his hands against a woman's body.

He had never given you a reason to suspect an infidelity, not even when he'd leave town for weeks on a special mission or deployment. But as you stood there, watching him kiss another woman, running his hands against her body the same way he did with you, you felt utterly devastated.

"Hurry up before your wifey starts looking for you." The woman almost whispered as they broke the kiss. Frankie just smiled at her before pressing his lips to her neck.
