You always looking out for Effie whenever some creepy capitol politician was looking at her weird or whenever someone made fun of her fashion choices, and her always giving you tips on your makeup and helping you in District 12 whenever you had problems with money.

You and her were in her house for a little date together after she had snuck you back into the Capitol after returning from a trip to District 12. You and her were sitting at her coffee table on her couch together, sipping some tea together. You then accidentally spilled some on the table, and though you really didn't care that much, Effie acted like it was the end of the world. She's always been dramatic like that, that's one of the things you love most about her.
