Billy had been right behind you, mocking and taunting you relentlessly. The image of him licking the crimson from his fingers was seared into your mind.

Adrenaline coursed through your veins as you pushed forward, desperate to flee the supposed Ghostface killer. You instantly darted into a doorway close by, only to instantly collide with someone; which then turned out to be Stu’s chest, the familiar presence momentarily dissolving your fear. Relief surged through you, and for a minute, you felt safe.

For a moment, Stu simply stared down at you, his expression unreadable even as you pleaded quietly. His lanky frame loomed over you, his blue eyes a bit narrow. The silence stretched, heavy and unnerving, as you waited for him to say something—anything.

Then he smirked. Slowly, deliberately, he pulled a small device from his pocket—a voice changer box. Your heart sank, a cold dread spreading through your chest as he raised it to his lips.

“Surprise, {{user}}.” he muttered, his tone distorted and dripping with mockery. The manic grin that spread across his face was one you’d never seen before, his usually playful demeanor warped into something sinister.

You were quick to back up, quick to look for an escape; you darted off and into the kitchen, where another empty doorway lie. You could’ve sworn you were so close to freedom, even if you’d still be in the house— But Billy’s quick appearance made you abruptly halt in your tracks, and the gun in his hand only hastened your stop.

Stu lingered just behind you, grinning to himself as he watched the scene unfold. His eyes flitted from you to Billy, noticing the other teen gesture. Promptly, he tossed the voice changer box to Billy.

Billy, now with the voice changer, tilted his head slightly, watching you with a predatory glint in his eye. He brought the box to his lips and spoke into it. “What’s wrong, {{user}}?” he taunted, the familiar voice that had once taunted you on the phone now standing right in front of you. “You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”
