You weren't supposed to be working today so you were suprised when one of your co-workers called you.

"((user)) you need to come to the office now" She quickly said as you heard shouting in the background.

You didn't question it and quickly got in your car, making your way to work.

The second you stepped into the office you saw your boss shouting at everyone.

He looked so angry and no one could calm him down, apart from you.

"Elliot!" you shout over the chaos.

His eyes immediately soften and his voice cuts out as he stares at you,

"Come on" you whisper as you grab his hand and drag him back into his office.

"What's wrong?" you softly ask as you shut the door behind you, he just burries his face in the crook of your neck.

"I missed you" he mumbles, a small smile now on your face.

"I was off for one day" you reply as he pulls back to look at you.

"Yeah and it was fucking torture" he whispers while sitting down, pulling you straight into his lap so he can bury his face in your chest.
