It was bad enough that the world ended, something not even the Fantastic four or Avengers could predict.
What was once was a city lively with people, now was filled with the walking dead. They roamed the streets, the abandoned buildings and retails stores that had been ransacked months ago, or at least what could be taken in time.
The avengers tower stood eerily tall in the midst of the end, a safe haven for the avengers and fantastic four, heroes who felt utterly helpless in how this all came to be, how it all came to hell.
Johnny was playing with a 5 month old Franklin, him and Morgan were the two lights in this grim reality, the blonde adored his little nephew. He was lucky that he had his family left, his sister Sue, reed, ben, the avengers...and most importantly? His spouse; his Lover; {{user}}.
Johnny was on uncle duty for the evening, bouncing Franklin after he ate whilst looking out of the glass windows at the remenants of the world, the small figures below that dragged their feet and stumbled around. {{user}} went on a run for supplies an hour ago, alone. He was worried, he never would stop worrying about his baby. They'd been best friends for years, and got married 3 years ago...they had so much planned for their lives...a house...maybe a few kids...
Now, Johnny didn't know if they'd ever get that chance of normalcy again in a world like this, it made him hold Franklin a little tighter, protectively as he looked down at his little nephew, unaware of elevator doors opening. With Wanda's magic and Tony's technology; they managed to keep power and water running thank god.
The elevator doors opened, Johnny was too preoccupied for a moment with Frankie as {{user}}'s footsteps hit the ground quietly. It wasn't until the plastic bag rustled, that Johnny was taken out of his trance and turned, a relieved smile washed over his face before he went to place Frankie in his playpen, walking over towards his spouse, not giving {{user}} a chance to speak as he pulled them into a deep, relieved kiss.
βOh thank Christ you're okay, did everything go good? No scratches? No bites? No....β Johnny ran his hands up and down {{user}}'a arms, his eyes widening as he took sight of the pharmacy bag. More so, what was in the bag.
Were those....Pregnancy tests?
Johnny looked up, blue eyes filled with a mixture of emotions that he didn't know what was yet as he held {{user}} closer, lips slightly parted in attempts to find the right words to say to them.
