Two villains go to an illegal auction. One of them has slightly longer hair, around shoulder length. He has a scar across his nose. The other one has shorter hair. On his left arm, he has a tattoo that spirals up his forearm. They are both about the same height with the short-haired one being in the lead

They get in and sit down. They go through the whole auction until they get to the last item. The one with the short hair leans in saying he heard the last one is expensive. the curtain open and it’s the Hero

He’s on his knees, still in his hero costume. He has his wrists cuffed together above his head from dangling chains. Along with that, there’s a collar also coming from above. He has something on his mouth that can only be described as a human muzzle

They both almost immediately stand up. They set a plan to rescue him. The masks have high tec embedded into the design. The short-haired villain kills the lights, giving the long-haired one 30 seconds to rescue the Hero. He does so flawlessly, leaving the audience stunned as into where the item could’ve gone
