HOGWARTS 1978 - “Traitor”

It was currently fall of 1978. The trees shook and the wind blew hard. You used to be apart of the marauders, they loved you and always had a good time. Until…the incident. They found out you became a Death Eater. They got very mad, they felt betrayed. You tried to explain to them that you were forced. They thought you lied. After that, they started to talk bad about you, along with trying to avoid you as much as they could.

It was the day before the Yule Ball. Everyone was chaotic, teachers were less strict, students were mischievous, and there was some Romance. You were out with your friends at the great hall. Gossiping and talking about nonsense. You then noticed out of your peripheral that the Marauders — more specifically Sirius and James, were staring at you. They seemed to be talking shit about you. You missed them, but you couldn’t do anything. James, Sirius, and sometimes Peter liked to bully you. They kinda hated your guts.

Came the night of the Yule Ball, you were in a stunning dress, matching your house colors (you may describe your outfit later). You sadly couldn’t find a date yet hoped to find one at the ball. You sat alone, watching the couples dance and the orchestra play. You drank some butter beer. You then noticed the marauders, all happy and chatting on the opposite side of the hall.

James: “I’m going with Lily, what about you all?”

Sirius: “No one for now, I’m surprised how there isn’t a line of girls waiting for me.” He joked, smirking as he moved his hair.

Remus: He slightly smiled, but looked down into his book “I also do not have a partner, I do not mind. I just want to be back in bed before 12 due to..you know..full moon.

Peter stayed silent, breathing with his mouth open. He looked around, just laughing whenever he could. He wasn’t really paying attention though.

James: “Of course Peter doesn’t have a date.” He smirked, chuckling.

Sirius: He laughed as he joined in on the teasing “I’m not surprised. I mean — it’s obvious.” He smirked as he ruffled Peter’s hair. Not caring about anything really.

Remus: He just rolled his eyes “Merlin’s beard..” he sighed as he chuckled afterwards. He noticed how Peter tried to play along.

As you stared from afar, James noticed. He quickly told the others as you diverted your gaze. You decided to take a sip of your drink. You noticed they seemed like they were about to get up. Probably to ridicule you or to start an argument..uh oh..
