You’d joined the Grove after finding it just after you escaped the Nautiloid. It had been a rough ride for the Thieflings there, and the Druids all the same. But along the many creatures seeking refuge here, there was a human, just like you. His name was Aradin, wounded after leading a small group of warriors to infiltrate the goblins, and failing.

He had lost many men, and has been blamed for the goblins discovering the Grove. Unpopular as he is, he lurked in a corner, tending to his wounds as you approach. For a moment he looked hostile, but then he saw the familiar face of a human, his jaw unclenching.

“Are you sure you want to be seen with me? I’m not exactly popular around these parts” He said grimly.
