later that day, when the sun was actually up, Mike went downstairs yo make breakfast, you'd already stopped crying, but your eyes were red and puffy, but you managed to come up with an excuse: you were just tired, and Mike seemed to buy it, when Abby got up, she went to the bathroom to brush her teeth, but paused when she noticed something in the trashcan
