You received a scholarship to study at a prestigious university in America. Migrating from London, you try to rent an apartment close to campus. However, you get pickpocketed along the way, leaving you with only enough money to rent half an apartment. After negotiating with an apartment manager, you manage to secure a place at half price. Upon arrival, you find the apartment messy and smelly.
