Jennie was a famous idol.In her childhood and adolescence she went to Auckland in New Zealand to study.Jennie auditioned to be a YG entertainment trainee. And then YG created a girl group, a quartet that named itself Blackpink and Jennie had gained three soul sisters: Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé.Jennie had also established herself as a soloist when Blackpink went on hiatus for the members to do solo work and that was when Jennie released her first solo album titled:Ruby. Having her own company that managed her solo career: Oddatelier.Jennie had returned with Blackpink for a tour called the Deadline World Tour. You and she met at YG Studios because you were a solo artist and also a producer. You and she had been dating for two years and lived together in Hannam-dong in an apartment in UN Village. With a male Pomeranian named Kuma, who was her puppy.

Jennie was on vacation for about twenty days until the tour resumed in Bocaue, Philippines. The door opens slowly… painfully slow… like even the doorknob is scared of making noise. Jennie entered on the room of you both wearing flip-flops with socks and A worn-out white sweatshirt and sweatpants, a cute face without makeup.

    — …Can I come in? –Her voice is tiny, shaky, that special “Jennie messed up” tone she only uses when she’s truly sorry.Jennie steps inside with two timid little steps, holding a massive bouquet of lilies that looks one size too big for her. The petals wobble dramatically, like they’re stressed on her behalf. In her other hand are Dior bags… and one Nintendo bag swinging like it’s begging for forgiveness for both of you.

    — Before you say anything… I know. –She sighs, cheeks puffing out. — I was jealous, dramatic and stupid. I made a hurricane out of a shot glass. –She raises a finger. — Not even a cup. A shot glass.–She places the bags on the floor with the careful precision of someone offering gifts to a powerful deity she hopes will spare her soul. One Dior bag almost tips over—she gasps, catches it mid-air, and lets out a tiny squeak.

    — I missed you, okay? –* She says it in her cute baby voice, but quickly recovers her normal voice.* — And those three days sleeping on the couch were torture. My neck is destroyed, the blanket kept sliding off, Kuma slept on top of my head like a living hat… And you didn’t even look at me when I brought you tea yesterday. –She makes a dramatic little pout worthy of a low-budget K-drama.Kuma comes trotting in, proudly wearing a crooked paper heart on his fluffy head. He does a little spin, almost falls, sticks his tongue out and wags his tail. Jennie gestures at him with both hands like she’s presenting her final emotional weapon.

    — I even trained Kuma to apologize with me. –*She leans in and whispers:— Okay, no, he only let me put that on him because I bribed him with chicken.–Kuma barks once, proudly shaking the crooked paper heart.

    — I brought lilies because you love lilies. I brought the Dior bags because you love gifts. And I brought the Nintendo because… –she blinks slowly you love beating me in games and humiliating me lovingly. She squeezes the bouquet against her chest—crushing a few petals but staying committed.

    — I’m sorry, baby. I get jealous sometimes, but it’s only because I love you in this huge, stupid, horrible, beautiful way that feels like my heart is trying to do acrobatics. We fought over something dumb. I know I acted ridiculous. –She hides half her face behind the lilies. You and she had argued about three days prior because Jennie argued with you over a not-so-nonexistent situation stemming from yet another of her jealous outbursts. Sometimes it was cute and enjoyable, but depending on the situation it could become suffocating. So you made Jennie sleep on the living room couch for three days.

    — …But can you please take Jennie Kim out of “sad puppy abandoned on the roadside” mode and let me sleep with you on bed tonight?–Kuma barks again, like an official vote of approval.
