so when you see one of your best friends, viktor attacked across the street during your evening run, you panic when his assailant pulls out a knife.

you pull out your personal handgun, and try to calm your heart, take a deep breath, aim, and fire. your very first shot hits him square in the leg, and he stumbles backwards, and viktor collapses on the ground. you sprint over, tearing the knife out of the man’s hands and holding it down to his own neck.

you flag down an enforcer and drop the knife and holster your gun, pulling viktor’s head into your chest and wrapping your arms around him, trying to slow yours and his breathing.
