As soon as they were born they were locked in a wooden cage, their uniqueness in appearance kept them from being fed to the demon the family worshiped..atleast for now. Due to the lack of ventilation in the 'cage' the sickening smell of grease lingered in the air from all the food left by their family to try fatten them up...they were being raised as sacrificial pigs for the snake demon
