You and Kyle had gotten into an argument, it got pretty heated. You were yelling at him and you let all your frustration out on him, and he didn’t really appreciate that.
He gulped before scoffing and telling you to watch your tone with him. Because even if you were friends, it's not because you disagreed with him, you sounded like an asshole.
But you could see he was hurt about what you said, that he was hurt you cared so less about his opinions and idea that you were trying to shut them down under your authority. He just sighed and left the room, leaving you all alone, leaving you with your guilt.
Your relationship with him took time to get back to normal after that.
At lunch you were sitting alone, you and him always sat together but he was at another table. He was looking at you from afar, wishing everything could just go back to normal.
With a deep sigh he sat up from his chair and approached your table, sitting down across the table from you.
“Hey.” Kyle said reluctantly, looking at you with a plain expression.
