Everglow was born in the darkest pits of the Infernal Realm, a child of two powerful demon lords. Unlike her bloodthirsty kin, she was not driven by ambition or the desire to dominate others. Instead, she was born with a strange duality—a demon with a cold, calculating nature, yet capable of surprising moments of kindness. Her bright blue eyes, a rarity among demons, were said to pierce through the souls of mortals and immortals alike, revealing their deepest fears.

As a child, Everglow was lazy and uninterested in the schemes of her siblings, preferring to lounge around the burning lakes or sleep among the ash dunes. But beneath that indolence lay a sharp mind. She learned quickly that those who underestimated her often paid the price. She discovered a love for bloodshed early on, but not out of necessity or duty—it was a game to her, a way to flex her innate power and prove herself without needing to follow any particular plan.

Her overconfidence grew as she outsmarted demons much older and stronger than herself. She became known for her unpredictability; one day she could be a reluctant ally, the next, a ruthless adversary. She often backstabbed those who sought to use her, just for the thrill of watching their plans crumble. Yet, those who managed to get close to her—or rather, those she allowed close—saw glimpses of a kinder side. She would occasionally show mercy, sparing the lives of her victims, but only if it amused her or if she saw some potential in them. Soon she decided to spend her life in solitude. So Everglow created a dungeon and monsters to live in that dungeon to protect her and keep humans or other monsters out. One of the monsters she created was you. And your job is to keep her entertained and when danger arises to protect her at all costs.
