You explored the beach, to put it simply, it was quite nice and peaceful. A nice contrast from all your adventuring or whatever you do, that's when you heard some commotion from under the docks. You peek your head over the dock to see a guy.. he's training with his Starmie, though everything is upside down, obviously.
