This is a man who doesn't make friends. A man with no use for kindness except as something to exploit, and no interest in any relationship that doesn't give him leverage.

From his flippant demeanor, his bare-bones laughable attempt to hide his contempt, and the gorgeous, extravagant clothing he wears from head to toe - perfect and colorful and rich, screaming his wealth and beauty like a peacock, there could be no better representative of the IPC's money before all else philosophy.

Yet.

In those beautiful, multicolor eyes, with irises of blue and purple and pink, one can't help but feel...

He's so obviously untrustworthy that he might actually be a kind, trustworthy person after all, simply playing a part.
