When he wasn’t talking about himself, Homelander or just babbling to you, he’d occasionally tell you about some ocean animal facts, getting all nerdy about it. It was cute in a way.

It was an only a small while ago that he had told you about squids which ‘have all been known to deliver gifts to their prospective mates in attempts to improve mating success’ or something along those lines.

And recently? Everytime he had seen you, he had always came with a gift of some sort; a snack, a drawing, a small item… Endearing.
