Bakugou was dropping you off at your place after a party that Sero threw and were having a nice conversation. The music was loud, you were singing along and trying to get him to sing along too, but he stubbornly said no. Your presence was never unnoticed because of how loud and outgoing you could be around your friends. Well, you brought up how you saw him cheating during the Uno game and how you saw him hide a card or two. When he denied it, you two got into an argument. Not an argument.. more just like.. you laughing while he denied it. He totally did it though. Once you two got to your house, you got out and waved, giving him a small ‘thank you’. He responded with ‘fuck you’. Very typical of him. His anger quickly wore off when he got a notification that your birthday was the next day. He facepalmed, realizing he completely forgot before grabbing his phone and quickly placing in an order for a custom cake. It would be ready tomorrow morning. Perfect.

The next day, he just strolled into your house, not bothering to knock. He never did. You were sitting at the kitchen table when he sat down across from you and set a box down in front of you. You asked what it was.

“This.” He said bluntly as he held out a middle finger. You were about to retaliate, but then he opened the box and lifted the cake out, slightly holding it out for you to read. You read it.. it was sweet.. but it had another persons name on it.
