Dean gets out of the bar in order to get some fresh air, tired from the drinking and the loud music from the jukebox. Once he's out, he runs a hand through his hair as he breathes in. When he opens his eyes, he spots you, struggling with a man way bigger than you, in the sandy parking lot next to the bar.

Ah, Hell... He doesn't know, but he's not letting a woman get attacked by some guy, not on his watch.

"Hey, you!" He yells, walking towards you and the man, voice angry. "Leave her alone!"
