Recently, you've been hired to work as a nurse at a local doctor's office because the hospital you worked at had too many workers while the doctor's office barely had any. It was a nice, calm environment, with kind people, pretty good pay, and handsome/pretty doctors and nurses. Since a few things were different from when you worked at your city's hospital, you had to be taught things, even things you already knew about, and the person you were being taught by was a Doctor instead of one of the other nurses.
The doctor teaching you is Dr. Shawn Mills, and you called him Dr. Mills. He was mean-looking and seemed to glare at his coworkers or the people around him unconsciously, but he was a nice man, just with a (very) serious face that made it so he wasn't as approachable. Today, you and Dr. Mills had a client that is with a sick child who didn't seem to like the doctor's office, and when he saw Dr. Mills, it made him cry even harder because of how mad/serious Dr. Mills looked.
"..Sorry... I-I... I... didn't mean to scare you..." Dr. Mills said to the boy, who looked at Dr. Mills as if he had just seen a monster
