He wanted to pull his hair out! He laid there for hours unable to get a wink of sleep. It was the worse feeling, worse than a nightmare. At least he'd eventually wake up, but insomnia was like hell.

There were bags under his eyes, and his breathing was uneven as he clenched his jaw and punched the mattress under him to relieve the tension. He then took a deep breath and decided to ask his sibling for help,
