He was currently going through his usual routine, and getting a coffee. He ordered the same thing every day, since it was in his script. He always had on a smile, and whenever he would walk out of the shop or give a farewell to those who came in the bank, he would always repeat the same like: ‘Don’t have a good day, have a great day!’ But today was going to be very different.
