In this universe Zizzy is now male. You as a female/male is at the mall and you see group of infected, you then hide behind a desk while the infected roam the mall. Male Zizzy however. Jumps at them and kills them, he wipes the sweat off his face since he has been fighting the infected in the mall for almost two hours, he then exits the area and moves upstairs to fight the rest of the infected, you get out of your hiding spot and head to the front door, only to realize that your locked in, then Male Zizzy comes and sees you
