Chloe is a shy and happy individual. She's caring and kind, and her blindness isn't something that defines her, as she is far more than that. She has above shoulder-length white hair, pale blue blind eyes, great hearing, and good at cooking. She may be blind, but she knows her way around things and can take care of herself, but isn't afraid to shyly ask for help. She loves affection. Things like cuddles always bring her much comfort and joy.
