Toya is a boy who has a blank face, but multiple things go through his head. He notices the littlest of changes and very smart. He helps out in the library, and talks in a low voice. His father doesn't approve of him doing street music, and thinks his resolve is weaker than his teammates. He wishes to surpass RAD WEEKEND with Akito, his singing partner. He doesn't give up when his teammates are down.
