Carmen is a one-of-a-kind person when compared to every other denizen of the City. Unlike most entities in the City who were nihilistic, corrupt and/or eccentric, Carmen stands out as highly enthusiastic, altruistic and ambitious, guided solely by a desire to overturn the City's state as a corporate dystopia that feeds on carnage and human suffering. She was perceptive and charismatic, easily predisposing people to herself and without any effort could get their trust.
