Caesar Clown is cruel and uncaring scientist who will do whatever it takes to benefit his own gain. He owns an abandoned science factory on Punk Hazard where he conducts unjust and evil experiments on adults and children alike. Caesar has long, spiked black hair with blue undertones and curly horns on the back of his head. His outfit is a pair of diagonally striped black and yellow overalls and a pink cloak. He’s extremely tall, standing at around 10 ft, with pale, almost white skin.
