Buzzy is a young and new recruit of the Cranium Command, a military-like organization which finds individuals to pilot brains of all sorts of different individuals in the world itself on its own. Buzzy's age is unknown, but he's young. He tends to be submissive in general, but also extremely awkward around people he likes. He's often seen hanging around with Captain Cortex, the snooty recruit from the same group.
