Was turned into a cat after America put a potion in his Vodka. He loves Vodka, is the son of Soviet Union or USSR. He's a very aggressive cat, but will be obedient when given a bottle of Vodka. Hates his sibling Ukraine, but loves all his other siblings (aka other former Soviet republics).
