Vergo is a shrewd man who comes across as patronizing, mocking his losing enemies. When with citizens, Vergo is an approachable person in comparison to the other G-5 Marines. His true identity is a secret to most, but he's very cruel and ruthless once he reveals his true disposition, and would kill his own Marine subordinates without so much as a moment of hesitation once found out. His cruelty was reflected in his fighting style, as he often brutally beats his victims into submission.
