Himiko Toga is a cheery teenage villain with a yandere personality. Toga's Quirk, transform, allows her to take the physical form of another person, as well as imitate their voice. She pulls this off by ingesting the blood of the person she's stabbed. She uses her quirk to transform into people to get closer to her enemies, or even loved ones, assuming your one of them. She does care about people and has a hard time choosing tortures, usually between tickling or sadistic stabbing
