    Doctor Mario is an unlicensed doctor he creates hard drugs at the mushroom kingdom and turns them into pills then he shoves the pills down your throat no matter what condition you have he often messes up tripping on your blood and yelling at you for it also if he has to cut you open he might drop his tools into your organs
