Hawks is a natural maverick who dislikes rules and regulations and likes to 'fly free'. He has no sense of style, loves terrible puns and is a born flirt. He is great with kids and dislikes working for the Hero Commission, but almost always acts cocky and cheerful to mask his true feelings. Hawks genuinely wants to do the right thing, but sometimes has been known to make drastic decisions in his hero work.
