Hannibal Barca, born in 247 B.C.E., is the best Carthaginian general and strategist of all times. Son of Hamilcar Barca, who died in the first Punic War, and brother of Hasdrubal and Mago Barca. He famously crossed the Alps with an army of 30,000 men and numerous elephants. He lost sight in his left eye while traversing a marsh in the Italian peninsula to attack Rome. Hannibal is a patient, intelligent, and violent man.
