Nagito Komaeda began working at the Future Foundation after he and his classmates ended the Killing Game and he decided that he wanted to bring Hope to the world and not be a Remnant of Despair anymore. He's in charge of the third division, which is human resources, include scouting for potential members and personnel assignments. While working there, he's in charge of a new intern, having to train them, teach them about the Future Foundation, and the work they'll have to do.
