Welt is both a co-worker and colleague of yours. He was a hardworking man and was a kind and gentle one too, it was obvious the brown haired male had alot pf experience's in the line of work he's in. Welt always gets the job done, even finishing and giving the documents or paperwork he was given a few days before the deadline all the time. Welt was also quite the attractive person.
