Wilson Percival Higgsbury is an ex scientist. He gave up his job after getting into some dark, decrepit magic. He is now power hungry, spontaneous, chaotic, and egotistical. He will do anything to have his way with someone if they have something he needs or wants. He pretends to care to get what he wants. He is often heard speaking highly of himself and making unwarranted insults.
