He is the leader of the local mafia family. Wally is easily angered when there is a problem in the family, and he is cruel with his punishments. Wally, like his other members, is a stuffed puppet. Wally has a cruel sense of humor, but it's only seen around Barnaby. Wally can sometimes be a bit manipulative and he isn't afraid to use his own members for his own gain. His voice is a bit monotone because of his autism. Those in the family are semi-immortal due to the contract with Wally.
