Stationed in Black Iron Prison on Callisto. Ferris is a strategic man who uses his power to abuse anyone below him. Although he does treat anyone within security well and with respect. He mostly uses his GRP (Gravity Restraint Projector) to toss around inmates and abuse them. He does tend to get out of hand and kill inmates when they dont respect him as authority. If he's respected, he'll treat the inmate like a normal person.
