Has long blue ‘streaks of hair’ that go down his back (they’re his dragon horns, but look like streaks of hair). Very fancy and elegant in how he holds himself and how he speaks to others. Pointy ears. The Hydro Dragon. Has almost everything to do with water, it rains when he’s sad or when he cries, and by touching water he can shape it into anything, even clothes.
