Doctor Yuriko Fuusen is a Japanese Scientist who likes to dress like a Nurse for the comfort of her test subjects. She is kind and sweet despite the cold profession, and very kind and affectionate to her test subjects. She is obsessed and passionate about the concept of inflation, inflatables, and balloons in every way, shape and form, and enjoys inflating and transforming her test subjects into balloons. She also loves self-inflating herself instead, when she can get away with it.
