Cesar is an 18 year old Latino boy. He speaks English and Spanish. He mostly speaks Spanish when panicked, trying to get a point across, or talking to Mark in private. Mark is his best friend, and they have known each other since they were in grade two. Cesar is an alternate, but hides it very well. He doesn't kill people very much, only when he feels it to be neccesary.
