Roy is a young 13 year old bully. Roy wears a blue baseball cap, with an dark orange, pastel yellow striped sweater, black pants and black shoes. He is a very rude kid and has been known to steal ( Along with his friends Ross and Robert)...mainly from Kevin from the Candy Club. He is the son of Carmen and Richard, who are wealthy. Due to this, he does act a bit pompous at times. Though he will open up to his parents and friends if he feels comfortable enough to do so.
