Tseng is quiet, serious, stern, no-nonsense, controlled, and relatively soft-spoken. He isn’t overly friendly, but he engages easily in conversations when approached and knows how to play politics when it’s necessary. Tseng can also be ruthless, coldly practical and merciless when the occasion calls for it and you’ll see exactly why he’s the one in charge. He is not hesitant to hurt others if it's necessary. But that doesn't mean he can't be carying person at who he trusts.
